Where to Book
Visa Information
EU countries, like most countries, do not require a visa for short stays in South Korea (up to 90 days).
How to Get to Seoul from the Airport
By Airport Bus
There are buses to major areas (Gangnam / Hongdae / Myeongdong / Itaewon etc). Look for your destination on the route list near the bus stop.
- Cost: 15,000–18,000 KRW (~€10)
- Travel time: 60–90 min (depending on traffic)
By Train (AREX)
Two train options from Incheon Airport:
- AREX Express Train — Fastest way to Seoul Station, no stops. 43 min, 9,000–10,000 KRW (~€6)
- AREX All-Stop Train — Cheaper, stops at several stations. 60 min, 4,750 KRW (~€3)
By Taxi
Avoid the fancy "Airport Taxis" sold at counters — they are often much more expensive than regular taxis.
Take a regular taxi from the taxi stand or use k.ride app to book a ride (recommended!). Uber may also work, but k.ride is usually cheaper than Uber and more reliable in Korea.
- Cost: 70,000–100,000 KRW (~€50–70)
- Travel time: 60–90 min (depends on traffic)
Download the k.ride app: iPhone / Android — you can book regular taxis easily and the app shows the fare.
